Valentine Candy/Cookies…  Thank you to everyone who sent in candy hearts and fortune cookies.  We appreciate you!

Spring time will soon be here… and as we move toward the end of the year our pace will continue to quicken in the classroom.  We are expecting more and more of our students each week.  They should be thinking like “future 3rd graders” and working like them on assignments.  Capital letters and punctuation on all written work now goes without saying.  Having homework completed and turned in on time is something else that is expected daily.  Answering questions in complete sentences and using expressive vocabulary in those sentences is important too.  Please review your child’s homework folder contents each evening.  Many students’ folders are not being emptied nightly, nor are their planners being signed!

Mrs. Z will send a book order home on Tuesday.  Al money and orders are due by Friday.
