SPAN Reminders:
      1.  Please allow time for teachers to grade papers and then to enter them into the spreadsheet.  Keep in mind that we teach approximately 130 students and that grading this number of papers is not fast, in most cases.
      2.  Often, papers will be returned to students and then grades will be posted to parents on-line.  Occasionally, because of absences and students that need to make up work, grades may be posted on-line, but papers not returned to students.  This is to eliminate copying or cheating.  We will try to let you know through schoolnotes when graded work is returned to students.
      3.  Please look over the graded work with your child before you email the teacher with a question about the grade/assignment.
      4.  The teachers will try to post comments regarding the assignment (if it was turned in late; if the student was absent and needs to make it up; if corrections are required or if a student is asked to re-do the assignment) with the grade so that you will have more information about the assignment.

*Questions regarding SPAN?  Forgotten password?  Having trouble logging on?  Please contact the SPAN administrator at sam607@wcpss.net.  The teachers cannot help you with these issues.

*If you would like to have access to your child's grades on-line, but have not completed a form, please let Mrs. Cox know (mccox@wcpss.net).  You have two choices:  1.  sign the form in front of the receptionist, at your convenience, and leave it with her; 2. have Mrs. Cox send the paperwork home with your child; please have it notarized before returning to school.
