Hello and welcome to schoolnotes! I am Carrie Bornes and this year I am teaching on the Falcon team with Ms. Hermida, Ms. Baize, and Ms. Sharpe. I will be posting daily assignments for science.
I have a CD that can be checked out by students but MUST be returned. If you have a CD burner at home and would like to burn yourself a copy of the textbook CD, please let me know and I will send it home with your child.

Classwork: We began our inquiry unit by learning the scientific method when performing an experiment using popcorn. Students received a study guide containing the steps of the scientific method and vocabulary words.

Classwork: Students took a quiz on the safety lab rules. The quiz was read aloud to all students and extended time was given to any student who needed it.
