Today students finished the study guide for Ch. 14 and we discussed Ch. 14.  Next students worked on the reading guide for Ch. 15.

Today wer finished the reading guide for Ch. 15 and discussed.  Next we worked on a packet and discussed the Iran Hosage Crisis.

Wednesday 6/3 - None
Today we worked on a packet and discussed teh Persian Gulf War.

Thursday 6/4 - None
Today we watched "It's a Wonderful Life" - Covers the time periods of the Roaring 20's, Great Depression, and WWII.  Also a story of the difference one person can make in the lives of others adn the value of life.

Today we watched "It's a Wonderful Life" - Covers the time periods of the Roaring 20's, Great Depression, and WWII.  Also a story of the difference one person can make in the lives of others and the value of life.

*** I've started running an after school tutorial every Wednesday from 2;30 - 3:45 PM.  The purpose of the tutorial is to help students do make-up work or provide any other assistance (e.g., remediation, help with current projects, homework, etc.) that is needed.  I've already made contact with some parents.  All I need is verbal or written confirmation that the parent (or a person designated in writing) will pick up their child by 3:45 PM in the front office.
