The Razorbacks Team Cadre strongly believes that for each student to succeed it takes a triangle of partnership -- the student, the parents or guardians, and the teachers. The Razorbacks Cadre also believes that our students are capable of achieving more when this triangle promotes a positive and ongoing process of growth for all the parties involved. The Razorbacks Team is not just the students and their core teachers, but it is a team that includes parents and guardians in the academic and social development of all our students. We not only encourage your support and involvement, we need it to accomplish our common goals for our students!
Grade Reports will come home weekly, so please ask to see the report, review it, sign it, and add comments if needed. For a prompt response please email me your questions and comments. jmcardle@wcpss.net
To schedule a parent teacher conference either contact myself or contact the HRMS Guidance office (Mrs. Branch at pbranch@wcpss.net phone # 919-577-1339) Conferences with all core and elective teachers are the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. I will try to be at all the team conferences, but I know I have some scheduling conflicts that are unavoidable this year. If that should happen I will insure you have current performance information concerning your student available in my absence and I will be happy to meet with you at another day and time.
Sincerely, Mr. McArdle
