I would like to take this time to thank every parent who sent your child to my class everyday. We learned so much about South America and Europe. I hope the students will remember all the fun we had while learning. Parents, please continue to encourage your child to be the very best.
I love teaching and I know I will miss all of my students! With that being stated, I wanted to inform all of you (I'm sure your child told you yesterday) that unfortunately, I will not be returning to HRMS next year due to budget cuts. I am sad knowing I will have to live with this fact all summer long. I would love to hear from you as a parent and my students over the summer. You can email me at deltaslh@nc.rr.com. Please keep in touch and I am hoping that things will change and I will be able to come back next year.
Have fun this summer and don't forget to read!
Take care, Mrs. Henderson
