This week we will be reviewing for the science EOG, which is next Monday, May 18. Students brought home their EOG folders last Friday. They should be reviewing the tests, quizzes, and reading worksheets from the chemistry, cells, hydrosphere, microbiology and geologic time units. They should spend at least one hour per night this week on their science homework (which is also review) and reviewing content.
Mon. May 11: In class we'll complete p.569 #1-5, p. 601 #1-4, and p.645 #1-5. In addition we'll do a series of practice questions from the DPI website.
HW: p.567 #1-10, p.568 #13, 14, 16. Also p.599 #1-10, p. 600 #11,12,14.
Tues. May 12: Discussion of homework in study groups. Complete p. 725 #1-4, p.761 #1-4. We will take andgo over answers to the first half of a practice EOG test.
HW: p. 643 #1-6, p. 41 #1-10, p.89 #1-11
Weds. May 13: Grade, discuss homework in calss. Take the second half of the EOG practice test, and review the answers as well.
HW: p. 90 #12,16,17, p. 171 #1-6
Thurs. May 14: Discuss homework in study groups. Complete a second practice test in class, review answers.
HW: p.215 #1-10, p.357 #1-10
Fri. May 15: Grade, discuss homework. Quiz Bowl in review for EOG.
HW: Review all materials in folders in preparation for EOG!
