Let me introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Bowden. This is my fifth year at DDMS. I have taught for many years in several states including Louisiana, Hawaii, Florida, and North Carolina. Other than the U.S., I have resided in Japan and England. I received my BA from Florida State University and my graduate work was done at UNC Chapel Hill. I have six grandchildren and all of them live in the area. You can imagine what chaos there is at my house on special holidays. I'm petless at the moment, although, I am partail to dogs-especially Cocker Spaniels. Reading, cooking, dancing, and strolling along the beach are just some of my hobbies. Oh! I forgot to tell you, I am a Tar Heel fan. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HEELS!!!!!
