May 14--Students in core 4 did not receive interims today. They will receive interims tomorrow on the 15th. Cores 1, 2 and 3 received interims today and should get them signed and returned tomorrow. Core 1 has page 5 and 6 completed for homework. Core 2 no homework. Core 3 and core 4 have page 6 to complete for homework.
May 4--Students began an in-class project after the quiz on Wed. the 29th. The project is due at the end of the class tomorrow. Students have to have 4 labeled and colored diagrams of the respiratory, excretory, nervous and endocrine system plus notes on the function, parts (organs)and functions and additional key terms. Students also have to define the aditional key terms and complete that for human growth and development as well. Wed. we will begin forces and motion. I will be in need of plenty of toy cars and trucks as well as various sizes of wood blocks, and small pieces of wood/particle board for ramps.
April 27--Students will have a quiz on the cardiovascular system on Wed. April 29. Students will have a notebook quiz (digestion and cardiovascular) and intros due on Thurs. Core 1 HW. Complete page 12 in notebook if you did not have today and complete the back of page 13.
