Before school gets fully underway, I would like to welcome all sixth graders and parents to C.M. Eppes Middle School! I am looking forward to a productive and fun school year!
During the first week of school I will be familiarizing students with our school, rules, and procedures as well as beginning the Social Studies curriculum. I will be covering basic geography concepts to get us on the right track for a successful year!
During the first week of school, students will follow their class schedules as printed. (Social Studies and Science for 45 minutes each) After the first week, they will begin a two week period of EITHER Science OR Social Studies. Students will then rotate every two weeks between Science and Social Studies for 90 minute blocks.
