   Math: Curriculum Assistance Math

   Materials:  Bring everyday
               math book
               pencils
               paper
               math papers/notebook/homework
               good behavior/attitude
               determination to succeed

    All students should know the following
    fluently(flowing smoothly; easy, and rapidly)

               Multiplication Tables(1-13)

               Addition Facts (1-25)

               Subtraction Facts (1-25)
  
               Division Facts

               Fractions/Decimal/percent equivalents
                 1/2 = 0.50 = 50%

               Square roots (1-25) & Squares (1-25)

               Calculate area, volume, perimeter,
                    circumference, etc.

               Read and work at least 3 math
               word problems everyday  

               Think, Try, You Can Do Math Well.

                Listen to your  Math Teacher
                Pay attention to steps used
                in solving problems

                Work all your problems(practice
                makes you a better math student)

                Learn new math terms, be able
                to give an example, know how it
                is used in the real world, put
                math terms on index cards and play
                games with them.

                Study Math Each Night
                Have confident in your math abilities

                Try to work the problem yourself;but
                if you get stuck: Ask for Help!!!!

                Turn in all assignments on time

                Learn Math, Think about it
                You need it.
