** If your child is leaving school in a different way than normal, we need a note from you letting us know of the change in transportation.  Thanks.

To leave a phone message for me, dial the school (576-6151) then my extension (8653) when prompted.  I will return messages on my breaks or after school.

Remember school starts at 7:45.  Please be on time.  Thank you.

Please remember to be sending in you box tops.  Remember this helps to reaise money for our school.

With cold weather upon us, we ask that your child have a coat with them everyday for recess.  Children without coats will be asked to stay in so they will not get too cold and get sick.

Extra Credit for this year:
This year I decided to focus my class extra credit for the year on learning the fifty states, their capitals, and where they are located.  The extra credit activities are optional and will be completed at each student’s own pace.  I have listed below the ten extra credit activities.  When an activity has been completed successfully by a student, they will get to choose which subject they would like to apply the extra points to.  If you aren’t successful the first time, you will be able to try again as many times as needed to successfully complete the activity.  I do encourage every student to try the activities listed below.  When each student is ready to complete an activity, they will need to let me know that they are ready, and I will complete the activity with them.  I do ask that the activities are completed in the order they are listed below.  If you have any questions about the extra credit assignments, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mrs. Burgess

2. From the Odyssey home page fill in your child's name and password

3. Your child's name should be put in with their last name first and their first name last.  One space between last and first name, capitalizing only the first letter of each name.  For example: Dawson Lisa.  Be sure to only use one space between the names.  Also, be sure to not put a space before the last name.  Roebuck Eagles are familiar with the spacing rules.
