SEMESTER EXAM WILL BE THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18TH FOR ALL SPANISH CLASSES!
This Week (2nd,7th, 8th periods)
Students will review everything they have learned about vacations in preparation for their speaking, listening, and written tests. They also will begin review for the semester exam.
TESTS/QUIZZES/PROJECTS
Students will have a listening test on Friday, December 5th. The test will include vocabulary and grammar for weather, clothing, present progressive and locations. Students will have a speaking test on Thursday, December 11th. They will describe a picture to the teacher and include details about location, weather, season, clothing, current activity and whether they have or do not have an item (using direct object pronouns). Students will have a unit test on Friday, December 12th. This test will include everything from Unit 3 Etapas 1, 2, and 3.
HOMEWORK
Monday - Draw/print/cut out a picture and describe it using the questions for the speaking test.
Tuesday - Purple workbook p77
Wednesday - Blue workbook p87 (#2, 3)
Thursday - Blue workbook p88
Friday - None
THIS WEEK (3rd, 6th periods)
Students will continue learning how to navigate in a city using Spanish as a tourist or exchange student. They will practice locations and prepositions of location (beside, near, etc.). They will learn how to use salir (to go) and how to report what someone says (decir). Finally, they will learn how to give commands.

Students will have a listening test on Tuesday, December 9th. They will have a speaking test on Thursday, December 11th.

Monday - Purple workbook p87 #18, 19
Tuesday - Blue workbook p98 #1, 2
Wednesday - Write where your family members are going (use salir) and how they will get there (transportation)
Thursday - Book p261 #15
Friday - None.
