1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th Periods:
- Students are continuing to study and read nonfiction passages while learning effective strategies to use when answering comprehension questions. This week, students will read "Exploring the Titanic" and "Bon Voyage to Bad Boating Habits" and complete comprehension activities for both articles. We will also begin reading "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" this week.
7th Period:
- Students are continuing their "Influential Educator" interviews. Students will write their rough draft and publish their biography this week. We will also begin working on a class newspaper.
