****Asian American History Project Presentations- Due Tuesday
- The month of May has been set aside to acknowledge Asian-Pacific American Heritage month. The class has been working with their groups all week, researching information on an Asian country and famous Asian American. Each group will present their research and visual aids on Tuesday.
May 19th- May 23rd

Awards Day- May 21st at 10am
May 23rd - last day of school.
May 22- End of the Year Party @ 1:30
May 20- Revolutionary Rap due
Parents,
For the end of the year, the class will be having an ice cream party. The following are the items that will be needed for the party:
*all types of toppings
*chocolate syrup
*caramel syrup
*cookies
*bottled water
Mrs.Whisby will be contacting each person that signed up to bring in items this week.
This will be the last newsletter for the year. I would like to thank each of you for your support and for giving me the opportunity to teach your child. We have covered a great deal this year and they are definitely ready for 5th grade.
As many of you may know, I will be moving to 5th grade next year. The students will have the opportunity to loop with me and be placed in my homeroom. I would love to have each of them in my class, if you choose to do so.
