For the past two weeks, the students have been researching and learning about the events that occurred after the Revolutionary War. Each student has written a rap on a topic of their choice and will work together with their groups to perform a rap video. Each group has worked hard on preparing and is very excited to perform for their classmates. Each student has been given a CD of the music that they will be rapping to and will have about 20 seconds to perform their portion of the rap. The class has been assigned to study and memorize their rap and to be prepared to perform with their group. As an extension of their homework, each student is also required to perform for their parents at home. This will help prepare them to perform in front of audience.

Don't forget to bring in those cans to help STOMP OUT CANCER!!!
