2.) (This was received today from Dr. Cook, via Mrs. Harkey) IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you tell the students that if anyone is planning to leave early on Thursday that they need to make sure that they have taken their exams FIRST!!! They are not allowed to take them EARLY UNLESS it has been approved or prearranged by Dr. Cook. Please inform them that they have exams on all 3 days and they will receive zeros if they choose to sign out without an excused reason or Doctor excuse. Remember going out of town in not excused and if they are sick then it is approved through Mrs. Bowman. This is the reason why Dr. Cook wants to make sure that it is approved through her.

1.) Took Benchmark 1 (students who finished: scores are on the parent portal); students who didn't finish: come in and finish as soon as you arrive at school tomorrow!

3.) (4th Pd.) Get vocab. Quiz signed
4.) Classes who didn't get quizzes back today will receive them tomorrow.
5.) Reminder: Bring Puzzler to class tomorrow (from last Friday) to grade and go over.
LITERATURE
1.) WU - WOD (courage)
2.) Went over/corrected Literature Study Guide (definition part); will go over application part tomorrow
3.) Started playing BM Review game; will finish tomorrow

MATH
1.) WU #22, #1-8
2.) Math puzzle from Friday is due tomorrow (Puzzles, Twisters, & Teasers, Lesson 1-4); order of operations steps must be shown neatly on notebook paper, as well as the puzzle being solved in order to receive credit!
3.) The Math Benchmark Exam is tomorrow; Study Warm Ups, #2-22; another copy of the original WU questions was given to each student today. Also review vocab., especially mean, median, mode, and range.
4.) Sally Foster mdse. was given to students to take home today.
LITERATURE
1.) WU - E.R. #19, 20
2.) Book Report Presentations
3.) Benchmark Study Guide due tomorrow that was given to students to complete on Friday (finished study guide required in order to play review game).
4.) The Literature Benchmark is Thursday, 5th period for our team (Knopp, Cafaro, David, Whitaker).
