This course explores the mental, physical, and social aspects of life and how each contributes to total health and well-being. It emphasizes safety/first aid, mental health, substance abuse prevention, family life education, consumer health and community health.

Procedures and Policies: We will meet in the classroom 3 days a week and have out of the classroom activities 2 days a week. All work will be completed during class. When absent, the students should make arrangements within 3 days to make up work.

Pocket Folder (any loose leaf paper for journals/notebook)
