Please make sure your student is coming prepared to class with their library (D.E.A.R.) books. Students may check out two books at a time.
They may not go to their lockers once class has begun. If they do not have their library books with them in class, they will receive a strike. Parents will be notified on the third strike and detention will be given.
Also, it is imperative that students turn in their warm-ups on Fridays. We will begin doing warm-ups this week. Please reinforce this. Agendas need to be checked daily and signed on Thursday evenings. We are conducting agenda checks on Fridays in homeroom.
I rarely assign homework (maybe once or twice per week) therefore it is crucial that it is turned in the following day so that it does not negatively affect your student's grade.
