We are currently studying chapter 23and 24 on East Asia.
Important due dates:
April 27- students will begin their ABC books. Information will be sent home to be signed by parents on this day.
April 28-May 15 Work on ABC books
May 15- ABC books due
Individual Field Trips- May 18 * Spring break is next week and it would be a great time to get this done. Remember students must have PROOF that they visited that place.
Literature-
We are studying Myths, Fables, Folklore, and Drama this nine weeks. Currently we are covering Myths and there will be no homework to complete while on this topic.
***Every Friday is Drop Everything and Read Day (DEAR Day) please have students bring a book/magazine/etc. this day.
Please, please, please feel free to email me at any time regarding your childs grade or progress in class and i would be more than happy to respond back to you. A weekly email is a great way to monitor how things are going in class!
