10:15-11:00 – Return to homeroom and switch books (get books 1 and 2), Academic Block Rotation #1

11:03-11:48 – LUNCHES – take Block 2 to lunch

Choose five items to complete.  THESE ARE DUE FRIDAY.

1. Put words in alphabetical order.

2. Write a sentence using each word.

3. Choose ten of the words and write a short story using them.

4. Write a poem using ten of the spelling words.

5. Make an illustration showing each spelling word.

6. Make up riddles using 10 of the spelling words.

7. Take a pretest and have the other person sign it.

8. Use www.puzzlemaker.com to make a word search or crossword puzzle.

9. Write vowels in one color and consonants in another color.
10. Write the guidewords from the dictionary for ten of your words.
