Judicial Branch- Decides if laws are working
• National/ Federal Court system
• Decide cases having to do with national laws, treaties, or the constitution
• Decide cases between states and between citizens of different states
• Highest court is the Supreme Court
• President names the Justices and Congress votes on them
• The Justices serve for life.
