The ongoing assignment for each student is to stay active. Power walking, swimming, jogging, biking, and hiking are examples of activities the student can participate in at least three days per week for a minimum of thirty minutes each time.
During the first semester, students will participate in fitness related activities to include fitness testing. Students will also participate in the team sports of badminton, volleyball, softball, flag football, and basketball.
