The ongoing assignment for each student is to stay active. Power walking, swimming, jogging, biking are examples of activities the student can participate in at least three days per week for a minimum of thirty minutes each time.
Students will have the opportunity to work with several
of Columbus State University's Health and Physical Education students. Fitness activities, square dance, jump rope, lacrosse, tennis, tinikling, jump bands, soccer, and volleyball are the units that will be addressed during the second semester.
