Classwork:
I will introduce our Mathematician project to the students. I will go over with them what is expected of them and go over the parent letter I am sending home. It must be signed and returned to me. It counts as 2 test grades this nine weeks.

Homework:
Purpose of Homework
Homework will be an important extension of the activities and lessons I have taught in the classroom.   It will consist of meaningful homework assignments that reinforce what your child has learned.  It will also provide for practice of skills and application of principles that students  have learned and reviewed in the classroom.

I give homework EVERY Tuesday night and it is ALWAYS due on Thursday at the Beginning of class. If the student does not turn in their homework assignment on Thursday then they will not be aloud to participate in "Fun Friday".

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT THIS WEEK 04/28/09

Project Homework

Extra Credit:
NONE AT THIS TIME.

Fun Friday:
Every other Friday I allow the students to pick a fun and educational activity to do on Friday if they have completed all of their work all week. Also they have to have kept a good dicipline record all week. If they have not then they will either make up the work that they have not completed or either copy a dicipline paragraph several times.

Character Word of the Month: RESPONSIBILITY: doing your best and taking ownership of your words and actions!

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me via email!

Have a GREAT week!
