1. Handout “Identifying Georgia Symbols”/”Moooving Across Your State”. Use your Georgia State Map (Key) to draw and color your symbols and complete your answers.
2. On a sheet of paper – using the words geography and Georgia, make 10-15 new words from them.
3. Map a rap or a poem using the Five Themes of Geography.
4. Write a letter to an imaginary pen pal and describe Georgia’s location in at least four different ways.
Magnet Only - Using your textbook, identify all five of Georgia's physiographic regions and list as many characteristics as you can about each. (pp. 9-21)
