Mrs. Therrien's 1st and 6th period Science classes are with Mrs. Jones's class. Please see C.Jones's Science plans this week for information about classwork and homework.
We are finishing Chapter 6. Students need to be reviewing vocabulary for this unit on weathering and soil formation.
Each student has chosen a topic for the Science Fair Project. The project is due November 20, 2009. Each parent should have signed the guidelines for the project.
Mrs. Therrien's 2nd and 5th period Language Arts classes will be in Ms. Baxter's class. Please see Ms. Baxter's plans this week for information about classwork and homework.
Students will be reading 25 books this year. Each night your child should be reading his book for at least 25 minutes. Please sign the reading log each
night.
7th Period Skills Class
We will be reviewing math concepts. reading skills and Language Arts skills during this class. We will also review Social Studies and Science concepts.
All students need to have 2 books checked out from the media center. One book should be a fiction book and the other book should be a non-fiction book.
