7th and 8th Grade Band Students will have a Playing Test on Monday, August 31st.
All 6th Grade Band Students need to have instrument, accessories, and Standard of Excellence Book 1 by Tuesday, September 1st.

Thursday, February 18th - "Pre-Performance Evaluation Concert"
Wednesday, March 3rd - "Performance Evaluation" (site TBA)
Thursday, May 13th - "Spring Concert"
Georgia Performance Standards (utilized in class instruction):
FAM (B) .4-8.1 Demonstrates correct playing position and posture for chosen instrument.
FAM (B) .4-8.5 Performs music reading skills, including sight reading, at the expected competency level.
