6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Rehearsal
**9:00 p.m. – Parents pick up students at Veteran's Memorial
Saturday, February 7th
MIDDLE SCHOOL – Band Room at Shwob School of Music
(Downtown beside Rivercenter)
8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Rehearsal
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch Break (students may stay downtown with Ms. Cooper for lunch)
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Rehearsal – rehearsal area switch
3:00 – 3:45 – Middle School rehearse on Stage
3:45 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. Parents Pick up students for Dinner Break
5:15 p.m. Call Time (Be back at rivercenter in concert attire. Parents stay for concert.)
6:00 p.m. Concert - approximately 1:45 in length
