Dear Parents,
The purpose of this agenda is to help improve home-school communication.  It will also help your child begin to organize their materials and become more independent.
The agenda should travel to school and back home each day.  Please look at the agenda each night.  Establish a routine so that your child can become responsible for putting the agenda in their book bag each evening.
Each Monday you will have a new planner with information about new classroom events and standards we will be working on.  Spelling words for each week will be at the bottom of the planner.   Each day your child will color in the behavior square.  (Purple: WOW! , Blue:  Great, Green: Good, Yellow:  One warning missed 5 min. of recess, Orange:  2 Warnings, missed 10 min. of recess, Red:  no recess and note sent home. )
Graded papers and weekly progress report will be sent home each Thursday.    The weekly progress report is to be signed and returned by Monday.   Please DO NOT send back the graded papers.   Please do not hesitate if you have any questions or concern to write a note on the planners or progress reports.
