NOTE! Please check DAILY, as assignments, both classwork and homework, are subject to change.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR CHILD HAS AN AGENDA BOOK/STUDENT PLANNER TO WRITE DOWN THEIR DAILY HW ASSIGNMENTS AND UPCOMING TESTS.

Focus this week:     Integers

All students have a username and password so as to be able to log on to the website of our math textbook publisher, Holt, Rinehart, Winston. The web address is my.hrw.com.  By accessing the website, students and parents can view the entire textbook, receive video tutorials, take practice quizzes, and print extra practice worksheets.

All students should be certain to keep an organized math notebook. The math notebook has 3 sections:  classwork, homework, and warm-ups.  Students should record all assignments from the board onto the appropriate notebook log sheet and should write and date all warm-ups.  Assignments should be kept in number order in the appropriate section.  Two notebook tests are given each nine weeks.

If you were assessed a fee for textbook damage, money is due by Friday, May 15.  Failure to pay will result in your report card being held.
