Important 8th Grade Chorus Announcement:
Many 8th graders HAVE NOT purchased a chorus tee-shirt. We have
had these for quite some time. The students have been reminded over
and over to bring the money needed for their shirt. THANK YOU TO ALL
OF THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF THIS.
The Tee Shirt is required for chorus members. Students will have to
wear the shirt when we go to Six Flags on May 16. These are very
special shirts. They have all the 8th Grade chorus members’ names on
them! This will be a souvenir to help remember friends and good
times singing together.

the sheet with the last Do Now.
“Sports Ah” First, sing the exercise. Students all use the movement of
swinging a baseball bat when they sing the highest note in each
exercise. (Everyone uses the same movement!)
Buzzing Lips on arpeggios.
Practice pronunciation in “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” Practice singing
the entire song.
Practice “Dry Bones” work out problem areas…. make sure to sing
accurate pitches in 2 parts-soprano and alto.
