This is a rigorous course with the equivalent of 9th grade Math 1 and 1/2 of 10th grade math 2. Homework is given nightly. There will be performance tasks assigned outside of class. Students should use the textbook website as a resource, along with the student workbook or notetaking guide (NG). All students should bring textbook (TB), Notetaking guide (NG), Binder with 7 dividers, a calculator, graph paper and pencils to class daily.
I am requesting that students bring in a box of tissue as well to eliminate time out of class to get tissue from the restroom. Thank you in advance for help with this matter.
I will email progress reports out next Friday. I have a few students without email addresses. Please contact me at ksummers@mcsdga.net when you recieve an email account that you would like me to use.
