May 12, 2008 Be Nice. Work Hard. Technology 4th - 8th Grade
4th Grade - The students will work with a word document called "Format Fun" to practice all of the options they have learned in Technology this year.
5th Grade - Students will go through the tutorials for Google Sketch up and create a house, playground or room of their choice.
6th Grade -The students will research reflection, translation and rotation using "Colorful Tesselations" in Microsoft Excel.
7th Grade - The students will research a bill from introduction to law.
8th Grade - Students will edit and insert their digital picture into their Microsoft Publisher Flyer autobiograpy project and print them and pass them out to their classmates.

Pre-Algebra is a course designed to move students from concrete thinking to abstract thinking with variables. A concept such as operations with signed numbers develops into operations with variables and variable expressions.
