Some of you still have band property. Please bring in Music, Folder, Instrument, B.E.R.P., ligature, mouthpeice. Bring them in when you come to the rehearsal on the 28th!
What are you doing over the summer? Sure we have our bi-weekly Tuesday rehearsals, and at the end of the summer is Band Camp, but what will you do to improve your individual musicianship? Will you take private lessons? Even a few will help. Will you work on the All-State Audition Music? Will you go to a summer band camp? FCCMS has financial aid available. Will you spend at least 30 minutes each day to practice? Don't let time slip away. Don't be the person who says, "I could have been a good player if I practiced more." The time to realize your musical potential is NOW!
