"Welcome to the inaugural season of IMPACT Percussion! As we create an identity for ourselves, it is imperative that the members and staff are all on the same page concerning expextations. The following conditions outline the major expectations of each member. YOUR FIRST ATTENDANCE AT AN IMPACT PERCUSSION REHEARSAL ASSUMES AGREEMENT TO THE CONDITIONS.
*All rehearsals are mandatory and attendance is expected. It is the nature of this activity that 100% of the performers are needed for a productive rehearsal.
*If scheduling conflicts occur, it is expected that a staff member have prior notification. Otherwise, it will be considered that the member blew-off the rehearsal.
*If a memberis deemed habitually late, or habitually absent, the PROGRAM COORDINATOR(S)reserves the right to rescind the membership of such individuls without prior warning.
*Each member has a responsibility to the entire ensemble. If a member has lost the confidence of the ensemble and/or the staff, he may be seen as an integrity issue and a liabilty to the success of the Organization. The PROGRAM COORDINATOR(S) reserves the right to rescind the membership of such individual without prior warning.
*The primary concern of individuls in Scholastic Class Competition is grades. Initial membership is contingent on a 2.5 GPA and membership will be rescinded from those whose GPA falls below a 2.00 at anytime during the competitive season.
*Impact Percussion is a secondary ensemble . It is required and expected that each member fulfill responsibilities to any primary music ensemble. Failure to do so will result in loss of membership.
*Each member is expected to come prepared to all rehearsals. Members failing to come prepared may be deemed an integrity issue.
