Welcome to our school notes page! I am so glad you stopped by to get info about what is going on in our class and how you can help your child at home.

11/21- Hat Day! Your child may wear their favorite hat for a $1 donation to the American Cancer Society.

Here's what's going on this week in our classroom:
(November 17-21)
Unit: Thanksgiving
Reading: sounds /t/, /n/, /l/
Book: A Hat (fluency test Friday!)
Math: shapes all around
Number: 12
Science: energy systems
Home activities:
1. Help your child practice writing his/her name. Remember to start with a capital letter and follow with lower case letters. Please do NOT practice all caps!
2. Have your child help you make a list of Halloween words. Then, write a story together about why they like this holiday.
Here is our class schedule:
Monday- Art 7:35-8:20am, P.E. 8:45-9:15am
Tuesday- Music 7:35-8:05am, story time 8:45-9:15am
Wednesday- P.E. 7:35-8:05am
Thursday- P.E. 8:10-8:40am
Friday- Music 8:10-8:40am
Lunch- 10:02-10:27am
Recess- 10:50-11:10am
groups- daily, 12:00-1:00pm
*Please be sure your child has tennis shoes everyday. They cannot participate in P.E. or recess without proper footwear.
