LANGUAGE ARTS
We will be learning the sound of Dd and how to write Dd this week. Our new sight word is “and”. Please look for this word and the other sight words as you and your child are reading together.
MATH
This week we will be comparing groups of objects to identify the group with the fewest or the most objects. We will also be learning to equalize sets by drawing more or crossing out objects.
PHONICS
We will be learning the sound of Bb and how to write Bb this week. I will be sending home a paper with Bb printed on it. Please have your child color the letters. I would like your child to either draw or paste pictures from a magazine that begin with Bb on the front and/or the back of the paper. Please return the paper to school by Friday. This is a required project for the Kindergarten children to do.
RELIGION
We will be learning that God made us and loves us.
