Textbooks have been issued to all students. They should have a grammar book with workbook and a literature book. Both books are to remain at home until the end of the year. The workbook can be left home until further notice. PUT ALL BOOKS IN A SAFE EASY TO LOCATION LOCATION.
MONDAY--Students were suppose to copy ten vocabulary words into their notebooks from Vocabulary for Achievement Lesson 1. Complete Exercises 1-3 in class.
Homework--None
Tuesday--Grammar workbook pages 1 and 2 do Writing Application--list the ten nouns, do not write the paragraph.
WEDNESDAY--Grammar workbook pages 3 & 4 even numbers.
Do Not do Writing Application. Students may leave their workbooks at home, but remember to tear out the pages they need to hand in for homework and put in their Language Arts folder.
THURSDAY--OPENHOUSE NIGHT!! PARENTS COME TO SCHOOL.
FRIDAY--HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!

Students are to write a paragraph using the ten (10) vocabulary words from Vocabulary for Achievement Lesson 1:

The paragraph should make sense to show that you know the meaning of the words and how to use them correctly within your writing.
