Period 3 has been selected to participate in GLIDES.
The group is working on their digital presentations. We are currently in the research phase and will be moving to the building phase.
Our school topic is: How can one person make a difference?
Our Class Question is: How can I affect the lives of others?
Thank you so much for your help and cooperation.
One group went to the Homeless Voice Shelter. It was a very humbling experience for us all. Thank you to the parents who went out of their way to drive their children and for the food and clothing donations. They were very appreciative. I will post more information about the other groups and their progress next week.
PLEASE NOTE:
Glades Middle is a gum and candy free school. I will be providing detentions to any student who violates this rule. Please check their agenda also for behavior stamps that must be signed and returned the next day. If this is not done a detention will be issued.
Thank you for your support in these matters.
Homework will be checked on a daily basis for completeness. If your child is absent they can complete the appropriate workbook pages for the section we are working on.
Please check pinnicle for grades.
Have a super day.
Teacher Wish List:
Paper Towels
Tissues
Dry erase markers (Small and Large)
Colored copy paper for class projects
Class incentive prizes
(Stickers, pencils, erasers or anything else you may have that would be a give away item.)
Thank you so much.
Have a wonderful day.
