Welcome back to a very exciting school year 2008-2009. I hope everyone had a fantastic summer! I am looking forward to all my incoming 6th graders.
The following are the recommended supplies to help your student prepare for the upcoming year.
.1 Three subject notebook
. Regular rule paper
.Pencils with eraser
. Blue or black pen for checking
. 1 Dry erase marker
. 1 Highlighter

Week Of 10/6 - 10/10
The first week of school will be spent introducing the students to classroom procedures, school wide rules and the code of conduct They will have the chance to familiarize themselves with the location of their classrooms and the campus layout. They will be provided with a textbook which they are to leave at home, a classroom copy will be available for their use at school. Please be advised that if the books are defaced or lost the student is responsible for paying for them.
The textbooks will not be handed out until Sept 8th. Starting Tuesday Aug.19 they will have a few problems written on the board that they will need to copy for homework or a worksheet handed out in class that they can complete at home. Please be advised that there will be homework given every day except for the days when they take a Chapter Test.
This website will be updated weekly with homework assignments and dates of quizzes and tests. If you need to check grades it is best to use Pinnacle.
