Weekly test, Chapters 1 & 2
Begin readings and discussion with Chapter 3 - Federalism.
This week we will cover Chapters 3 & 4.
The Lasser readings are: 2.3 & 2.4 (Federalist Paper No. 45 & American Federalism on the Horizon) plus 5.1 & 5.2 (de Tocquevilles Democracy in America & One Nation, Slightly Divisible).
NOTE: There is a new extra credit essay competition from the State of Florida; be sure that I speak to you about the details.
