If you are interested in being a chaperone for future field trips you must fill out a parent volunteer form. Only parents or guardians with a volunteer number may chaperone a field trip. This is done to ensure the safety of your child as a background check is done on any person in contact with children in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. You may download the form from the following web site:
http://www.dadeschools.net/request/upload/2006/1764.pdf
You can also visit the main office at school and ask for the parent volunteer form.

Please insure you check your child’s agenda and backpack for handouts everyday. Changes to your child’s homework may be made at anytime, therefore checking their agenda will ensure you have the correct information. You are welcomed to either write any concerns in their agenda or e-mail me through this web page.
