Congratulations to our 2007 School-Related Employee of the Year, Mrs. Beby Kutcher. Mrs. Kutcher is a teacher assistant in our Media Center and has been part of the Nova family for many years. We congratulate Mrs. Kutcher on her wonderful work ethic and her devotion to all of our stakeholders.
Please note that if you call our school asking for a teacher - you will be directed to their voice mail. Teachers are not interrupted during the school day, and will call you back within 48 hours. Administrators will return your call within 24 hours.

Keeping students safe is a priority at Nova Middle School. When visiting our campus, you will immediately notice a system for tracking all visitors. The system, known as STAR, offers many advantages, including immediate sexual offenders and predators backround checks. It also provides electronic tracking of students arriving late and / or leaving early, on-line volunteer registration, and other great features that will help us increase both school safety and the involvement of the whole community in helping our students.
As a valued member of our school family, we ask that you report to the Nova Middle School Front Office whenever you visit our campus for any reason. Our friendly office staff will assist you in recording your visit using the STAR System. It is most important that you bring an official photo ID with you. This may be your driver's license, Florida's official state identification card, or a current passport.
If you have a conference scheduled with your child's teachers, please report to the front office fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled time. This allows time to register through our STAR system for identification purposes.
The first step in becoming one of our treasured school volunteers is to go on-line to www.getinvolvedineducation.com and complete a volunteer application. Choose Nova Middle School as your school preference. When your application is approved, we will contact you with further information.
