READING:
We are still working on completing our Cam Jansen mystery book this week. After we finish our mystery booklet for this story we will be breaking into book clubs to read and work on another mystery together. This will involve some reading at home to be ready to meet and contribute to their club.
MATH:
We will be working on chapter 27 on decimals. I sent home notes in most students weekly folders regarding multiplication facts. It is so important to keep practicing those facts at home!!!
WRITING:
We will continue working for the next couple of weeks on outlines with expository writing. I'm hoping to get a poetry unit started next week!
SCIENCE:
We are continuing our study of Life Science now looking at animals and their environments. We will also work on the steps of the Scientific Method and hopefully set up an experiment using these steps.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
We worked on our last TFK magazine last week. We will be pulling some information from their books for the remainder of the year.

May 26th - Memorial Day - No School
June 3rd - Early Dismissal at 11:40 / Last Day of School for Students!
On Monday I will put up a list of spelling words for the week and homework assignments for the week.
