MONDAY - Students will take a test on dining etiquette; get new spelling words for this week and look up definitions; discuss this week's business advice from The Ledger.
TUESDAY - We will begin working from the School to Work books in Chapters 1 and 2. This week is "Making the Transition from School to Work;" students will begin by working on a prepared study guide to help them understand the basic concepts of the chapter.
WEDNESDAY - Students will look up and define the vocabulary words in Chapter 1, according to the Curriculum Map, prepared by Mrs. Roberts.
We will go over the spelling words for this week and make up sentences for them as a review.
THURSDAY - Chapter 2 - "Understanding Work-Based Learning" - Student will answer questions and complete an Activity Guide to correlate with this chapter.
FRIDAY - Spelling test #4 with sentences; Typing paper for a techinical grade.
COMPUTING FOR COLLEGE AND CAREERS
MONDAY - Students will format business reports in Chapter 42; go back to Chapter 22 and add more numbers and symbols to their hands-on knowledge.
TUESDAY - Students will go over Curriculum Map for coursework in the next few weeks; FCAT words to know for better understanding; Begin Lesson 43, Agendas and Lists.
WEDNESDAY - Complete Lesson 43; Go to Les. 23 - Numbers and Symbols. 50-pt. matching test on FCAT words to know.
THURSDAY - Lesson 44 - Reports with Headings; Lesson 24, Numbers and Symbols
FRIDAY - Technical paper to type for grade; complete any unfinished lessons from the week.

MONDAY - New spelling words for Test #4, Section 3, with definitions; Students will review for a quiz on Chapters 1 and 2 from STW book. Discuss "The Water Cooler" in Monday's Ledger.
TUESDAY - Quiz on Lessons 1 and 2 from STW book; Begin Lesson 3 on "What you Employer Expects at Work."
WEDNESDAY - Classroom speaker from the US Army - Sgt. Buckley will come to talk about leadership skills to both classes.
THURSDAY - Review spelling words for test tomorrow;
Continue with Lesson 3 discussion.
FRIDAY - Spelling Test #4 with sentences;
Worksheet for chapter 3 to complete and discuss.
CCC - MONDAY - Students will type from Lesson 45, Minutes of a Meeting and Lesson 25, with new numbers and symbols.
TUESDAY - Lesson 46 - Multipage Reports; and Lesson 26, new numbers and symbols.
WEDNESDAY - Speaker from the US Army.
THURSDAY - Lesson 47 - A review of what they have learned up to this point.
FRIDAY - Test on numbers by typing the Michael Jordan paper; finish catching up on their daily lessons that were not completed beforehand.
