Well we are into another year already. The students are working hard and enjoying doing work they have not previously down.
In math we are currently learning how to find the area and perimeter of polygons and circles. They are learning how to apply formulas and work the problems through. We are also going to work with lines and angles and we will also have reviews thrown in so previously learned material can be kept fresh.
Social Studies has us learning the geography of the United States. They are working hard to learn the 50 states and their capitals. We are also studying about early settlers and explorers in North America.
Science has the the students working in temperature and studying heat transference, and wave lengths.
