Earth Space Science is a hands-on, laboratory based course based in problem solving through inquiry and
experimentation. The concepts investigated are
supported by the Florida Sunshine State Standards.
Students are exposed to the principles and
relationships involved in geology, oceanography,
meteorology, and astronomy. The overarching goal is
that students will develop a practical understanding
of the composition and behavior of matter on this
planet, its solar system and galaxy.
