Friday - Quiz on Sec. 1 and 2. Also, study the six vocabulary words in these sections.
The students are doing a great job in science. Mrs. Mullican's enrichment class did a great job on their reader's theatre. They wrote their own Rain Forest script and presented to my enrichment class. We enjoyed it very much.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR RETURNING YOUR PROGRESS REPORTS to school promptly. The progress reports are intended to keep you informed about your child's progress. Please sign and return the next day. That way, you will be aware of their current grade and we can work together on problem areas before the report cards go out for the nine weeks.

Monday - Work on study guides for Section2 2-3-4
Scientific Methods, Scientific Models and Measurement and Safety
Tuesday - Review Work
Wednesday - Vocabulary page for a grade
This will be completed in class.
Thursday - Review Work
Friday - Test on Chapter 1
Memorize study guides. They will not be used on the test.
Reading
Spelling and Vocabulary tests are given on Friday.
The students need to study. Your child needs to read at home for 20 to 30 minutes each night. The story we are covering now is When Crowbar Came. We did skills last week and we will test on reading comprehension of the story on Thursday. Please listen to your child read. The spelling/vocabulary words go along with the story in the reader. Thanks for helping!
