We have a busy week ahead of us! Monday we will be going to the YMCA since it got rained out last week. Please make sure that your child comes to school in his/her bathing suit and brings a bag with a towel, underwear, and shorts if needed for after we swim. We will return from the Y around 12:30. If you are not planning to check your child out after the trip, you will need to send a snack for when we get back to school.
Tuesday will be our end of the year program. Please drop your child off in our classroom at 6pm. The program will begin at 6:30. After the performance, you will come back to the classroom and I will give out diplomas. Please have your child wear nice dress clothes for the program.
Friday will be field day. A letter will come home this week letting your know how much you should send for your child to purchase food and drinks that day.
Our last day to change classes for reading will be Thursday. For those of you who have had children in my reading class, I am so proud of all the hard work they have done to become readers this year. Please have them read a lot this summer. Word recognition is lost very easily at this age without practice.

If you see a sticker or happy face - PRAISE he or she for doing a great job at school. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a note or an email at any time.
