We are testing next week on Tues., Wed., and Thurs. They need to be in the classroom by 8:00. We will start testing at 8:30. They need to be at school each day to take the test. They will make up test that they miss.
Homeroom
I would like to reward them after testing if they try their best and have good behavior, so I would like for you to send something for break. This can be fruit (they seem to like grapes, oranges, and apples), Little Debbie cakes (any kind), or drinks like the pouch drinks. I have things for next week, so if you could send something for the second week of testing. If you want to send for next week we will use it on Friday and Monday.
Tues., March 31 ARMT testing in Reading ( they will have to write answers in detail from a story)
Wed., April 1 ARMT testing in Math ( they will have to write answers to problems on a grid sheet)
Thurs., April 2 SAT Reading—Word Study and Vocabulary
Tues., April 7 SAT READING Comprehension
Wed., April 8 SAT Math problem solving and Math Procedures ( this is the longest time of testing)
Thurs., April 9 Language and OLSAT
Before the test they need to get a good night’s sleep. They need a good breakfast. They need to wear comfortable clothes. They do not need anything extra on that they can play with. They need #2 pencils for the test, NOT lead pencils.
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL THEY NEED TO COME TO SCHOOL WITH THE ATTITUDE OF TRYING HARD AND DOING THEIR BEST!
Thank you for your help,
Miss McCord
